Expo Max Marketplace provides professional shipping and delivery for exhibit booths, modular displays, and large-format trade show assets across the United States. Orders can be delivered to your business location, an advance warehouse, or directly to the event venue based on your show schedule.

All deliveries are coordinated to align with official event move-in timelines.


Trade Show Logistics

Trade show shipping requires specialized handling. Our team assists with advance warehouse deliveries, direct-to-show-site coordination, proper labeling, and carrier scheduling in compliance with venue and show management requirements.

Material handling (drayage), venue labor, marshaling yard fees, and electrical services are not included unless specifically quoted.
