FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once pricing is approved and the order is submitted, we move into production and logistics.
We design and prepare the exhibit based on your booth size, layout, and services ordered. Depending on your needs, we will either deliver the booth components to you or handle full installation on-site at the show.
A dedicated project manager is assigned to your project and manages everything step by step.
Installation depends on the show and venue requirements.
If the show uses an official contractor, we coordinate and work through that contractor.
If not, we coordinate directly with the convention center or show organizer.
We handle required submissions, labor coordination, and on-site installation of the exhibit booth.
Electricity, power drops, and utilities are billed directly by the show contractor or venue, not by Expo Max 360.
We submit the required electrical information (voltage, equipment, power usage) based on your booth setup.
The show management or contractor invoices you separately for electrical and utility services.
Your booth design is based on:
The space you’ve rented
Booth type (inline, island, peninsula, tower, custom)
Rental or purchase preference
Functional needs (displays, storage, TVs, equipment, furniture)
We determine whether a pre-designed modular system or a custom-built structure is the best fit and price accordingly.
Depending on what you order, we can provide:
Booth structure and graphics
Furniture delivery and placement
TV, audio, and video installation
Lighting and accessories
You can order a full turnkey booth or only specific components (back walls, counters, furniture, graphics).
After the show:
We dismantle the booth
Remove all rented components
Return items to our warehouse
Purchased booths and assets are handled according to your storage, reuse, or delivery preferences.
Every client is assigned a project manager who:
Coordinates design, production, and logistics
Communicates with show organizers and contractors
Ensures your booth is delivered and installed correctly
You deal with one point of contact — we handle the rest.
