All deliveries are coordinated to align with official event move-in timelines.
Trade Show Logistics
Trade show shipping requires specialized handling. Our team assists with advance warehouse deliveries, direct-to-show-site coordination, proper labeling, and carrier scheduling in compliance with venue and show management requirements.
Material handling (drayage), venue labor, marshaling yard fees, and electrical services are not included unless specifically quoted.
Installation & Turnkey Services
Expo Max offers professional installation and dismantle (I&D) services, as well as full A-to-Z turnkey solutions upon request. Services may include exhibit production, printing, shipping, on-site installation, dismantle, and post-show logistics.
